About the Farm
The Farm – Holistic Healing in Nature

Located on a serene hilltop with panoramic views of the Tulsa skyline, The Farm offers a sanctuary rooted in simplicity, labor, and connection. Our holistic approach to recovery centers on the belief that healing begins with presence, purpose, and grounded responsibility.

Residents participate in meaningful daily routines that include animal husbandry, regenerative agriculture, and nature-based therapy. Our animals include Bactrian camels, water buffalo, donkeys, chickens, horses, and goats—each one playing a unique role in our ecosystem of healing.

Structured work projects such as pasture restoration, barn maintenance, and gardening teach valuable skills while fostering mental clarity. Our environment is intentionally quiet, with shared responsibilities, personal reflection, and natural beauty guiding our path.

Weekly meetings (Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sun) anchor the community rhythm, providing opportunities for reflection, conflict resolution, and reinforcement of the PRSS-guided recovery model. Participation in our 3-Month Structured Program ensures every resident progresses through three phases:

  1. 21-Day Habit Building – foundational self-discipline and daily routines.
  2. Skill Application & Growth – engagement in projects, budgeting, and wellness practices.
  3. Community Contribution & Leadership – preparing for the PRSS pipeline or independent living.

By the end of their stay, residents either:

  • Move forward into independent living,
  • Transition into the PRSS training pipeline, or
  • Take on house management and case management roles, embodying the full cycle of healing and leadership.

The Structured Pipeline

From Resident to Leader

Our program is not linear—it is a spiral of growth:

  • Resident Stage: Stabilization, community living, and foundational program (21-Day + 2-Minute Rule + Slow is Smooth).
  • PRSS Pipeline: Residents who show commitment and progress train as Peer Recovery Support Specialists, beginning with mentorship under senior staff.
  • House Manager Role: PRSS graduates who demonstrate leadership oversee sober living houses, managing accountability, culture, and peer guidance.
  • Case Manager Transition: The final step in the pipeline, equipping leaders with certification and clinical oversight to serve as professional case managers.
